Please read below to ensure you understand what is included/not included. There are specific policies in place listed below which will help you avoid any expenses that will NOT be reimbursed by Splunk. 

You will be provided dinner on Monday, June 20th as well as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday, June 21st and Wednesday, June 22nd. Breakfast will be provided on Thursday, June 23rd. Travel meals into Las Vegas on Monday the 20th and out of Las Vegas on Thursday the 23rd should fall within standard Splunk Travel guidelines. Meals should not be expensed for the 21st and 22nd. 
 

The Tech Summit Team does remind you that attending Tech Summit in Las Vegas is optional. Should you not wish to travel, recordings of the mainstages and breakout sessions will be made available after Tech Summit in July. 

Travel should be booked via Engencia with Tech Summit selected as the Purpose of Trip. Travel must fall into standard Splunk Travel guidelines. 

We encourage AMER to arrive on Monday, July 20th and depart on Thursday, June 23rd. EMEA and APAC should arrive before Monday, June 20 before 2 p.m. but not before Sunday the 19th. Departures for international travelers should be after 12 p.m. on June 23.
