Splunk will provide transfers from the hotel to the paddock and back, as well as to any evening activities post race.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer transfers from the airport to your home, or the airport to the hotel. We kindly ask you to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.

You may request accommodation through the registration site should you need a hotel room to fully enjoy the F1 experience.

Thursday, 3 July

• Thursday arrivals for any guests attending Friday Practice Day
• 15:00 Hotel check in
• 17:30 Meet downstairs in the hotel lobby to kick off our team activity
• 19:00 Drinks & Dinner at The Folly Restaurant

Friday, 4 July

• 8:00 Meet downstairs in the hotel lobby for chartered transportation to the Paddock Club
• Paddock schedule TBC by McLaren
• 17:00-18:00 Chartered transportation from the Paddock Club to dinner
• Arrivals on Friday for guests attending Saturday Qualifying Day
• 18:30 Saturday guests meet at the hotel lobby to walk to dinner
• 19:00 Drinks & Dinner at a to be determined location
• After dinner, optional jazz club night at Sandy's Piano Bar

Saturday, 5 July

• 8:00  Meet downstairs in the hotel lobby for chartered transportation to the Paddock Club

• 17:00-18:00 Chartered transportation from the Paddock Club to the Nut Tree Inn
• Arrivals on Saturday for guests attending Sunday Race Day
