Splunk booth demos
Visit the Splunk booth to discuss all things Observability. Discover Splunk's AI-powered assistants designed to help engineering teams streamline detection, exploration, and investigation. Learn how Splunk Observability Cloud provides deep visibility into Kubernetes clusters, including features for monitoring, troubleshooting, and alerting in real-time using the Splunk OpenTelemetry Collector. Talk to us about advanced hybrid application monitoring and meet our fleet of OpenTelemetry contributors and maintainers.
Observability for AI Applications
Cisco AI-ready PODs are purpose-built infrastructure solutions designed for any organization to harness the power of artificial intelligence. Whether you’re starting out with AI or scaling complex, high-performance workloads beyond legacy architecture, Cisco AI PODs deliver the performance, efficiency, and control you need to drive innovation.
This demo shows how Splunk Observability Cloud provides comprehensive visibility into all the infrastructure that makes up Cisco AI-ready PODS, as well as deep insights into the application components that run on top of this infrastructure. It also shows how Splunk can be used to detect application and infrastructure related problems in this environment, and how Splunk can be used to troubleshoot issues and quickly find the root cause.
Debug Problems in Microservices
Struggling to quickly pinpoint and resolve issues in your complex microservices environment? Splunk Observability Cloud empowers engineers to debug problems with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Gain a unified view of your application performance with correlated metrics, traces, and logs, eliminating silos and endless war rooms. Monitor critical business workflows, isolate performance for specific customer segments, and leverage intelligent root cause analysis with features like Tag Spotlight and AlwaysOn Code Profiling to identify problematic code lines and resource hogs. With proactive, granular alerts and Service Level Objectives (SLOs), you can ensure optimal service health, reduce mean time to resolution, and deliver a superior customer experience.
Kubernetes Monitoring
Gain unparalleled visibility and control over your Kubernetes environment with our O11y Cloud Kubernetes Monitoring. Discover how to swiftly identify and resolve critical issues across your clusters, workloads, namespaces, and containers. From pinpointing unhealthy clusters and degraded pods to optimizing resource allocation and preventing "noisy neighbor" problems caused by containers without limits, our intuitive dashboards and drill-down capabilities empower you to ensure peak performance and stability. Proactively manage capacity, troubleshoot pending workloads, and maintain a robust, efficient Kubernetes infrastructure with ease.
Let's get Splunky
KubeDoom
It wouldn't be a Splunk booth without something fun!
Play one of two specially modified classic games, taking on the role of a chaos agent within a live Kubernetes environment. As part of the gameplay, players will actively disrupt a real e-commerce web store - destroying K8s pods, generating CPU stress, and introducing network latency.
There are two game options:
- Metric Mayhem: Dive into a live first-person view (FPS-style game) set in a 3D world designed to look like the inside of a computer. Navigate through different rooms, all while working to dismantle the K8s environment.
- Trace Invaders: Inspired by classic arcade game, you wreak havoc in the live e-commerce environment, causing disruptions that affect real-time operations.
Both games feature multiple challenging levels and culminate in a final boss battle. Compete for the top spot on the leaderboard—can you make it to number one and be one of our daily grand prize winners?
And while you're at the booth, see how you can earn a Splunk t-shirt!
